Sugar and Crumbs Non-Stick Extra Large GREY Sugarcraft Board 665mm x 495mm is ideal for rolling out sugarpaste without the need to use icing sugar on your board. You could use one side for rolling out and the other side for cutting
This non-stick board has been specially made for Sugar and Crumbs, it's the biggest board available.
This professional sugarpaste modelling board has a special polished surface for non-stick performance, which makes it also ideal for rolling out Sugarpaste and flower modelling paste.
Please do not scrub clean the board, or try to wash off the special finish, all you need to do is wipe it clean with a warm wet cloth. Also, ensure you dry it before you use it again, if you have just wiped it clean. If the board is damp your sugarpaste will stick.
From time to time use Trex or vegetable fat occasionally to rub out scratches, clean off colourings, then wipe clean with a damp cloth and dry to keep your board in tip-top condition.
Please note: This item is not the same as a cutting/chopping board - do not use a metal knife. You may also find marks on the size and out edges of the board, this is due to the processing of the board, however it will not effect your board.

I treated myself to this fantastic board as I bought a new kitchen island because I needed a large separate area for rolling out large amounts of fondant and a separate working space. After seeing this used in the live videos, i just loved the non-stick quality of this which means no cleaning up cornstarch after! My small kitchen gets so messy after making and decorating my cake orders so this will be a massive help. It may seem expensive but it’s absolutely worth the investment. It works perfectly and I just love that it comes with it’s own anti-slip matting, great touch. I think, like Carol, I won’t be using this to cut things on – although you probable could – but I don’t want to take the risk and ruin it’s perfectly flawless finish. It’s plenty big enough to put my self-sealing cutting mat on top for those things. Thank you Sugar & Crumbs, I am over the moon with my new purchase 🙂

I bought the grey board and love it – no sticking This board is the best caking investment I have made and recommend to anyone who likes anything caking – i only make cakes for family and friends and would not be without this board its a fabulous investment.
