Apple Pancakes

Ingredients
- 2 Cooking Apples
- 100g Self Raising Flour
- 30g Sugar and Crumbs Natural Flavoured Icing Sugar
- 1 Large Egg
- 70ml Milk
- 30g Unsalted butter
- Brown Sugar as desired
Apple Pancakes are the ultimate snack, perfect for those sweet cravings with some added fruit! My kids love these on the cold autumn/winter days and they are so quick and easy to make. I’ve used Salted Caramel Icing Sugar but you can try any of our range that takes your fancy.

Ingredients
- 2 Cooking Apples
- 100g Self Raising Flour
- 30g Sugar and Crumbs Natural Flavoured Icing Sugar
- 1 Large Egg
- 70ml Milk
- 30g Unsalted butter
- Brown Sugar as desired
Method
- Core the apples and then slice into slices diagonally.
- Add the icing sugar, flour and egg to a bowl and whisk together until a smooth consistency.
- Next dip the apple slices in the mixture and coat evenly
- Place a frying pan on the hob and add the 30g butter, set to a medium heat and let the butter melt completely.
- Place the dipped apples in the frying pan and cook until golden, flip over and cook the other side. They should be golden all over.
- In a clean bowl add the brown sugar and once cooked toss the Apple Pancakes in the sugar.
- Serve straight away.
