This All Butter Shortbread – Just Flavour recipe makes the most delicious melt in the mouth shortbread you have ever tasted! It requires just 4 ingredients and is so simple to make!

Ingredients
- 125g Butter
- 55g Caster sugar plus extra for sprinkling
- 1/2 tsp Just Flavour
- 180g Plain flour plus extra for dusting
Method
- In the bowl of a stand mixer with the paddle attachment fitted, cream the butter and sugar together unto light and fluffy.
- Now sift in the flour and just flavour and beat until the mixture forms a dough.
- Scrape the dough from the bowl onto a floured surface and knead together.
- Roll the dough to roughly 1cm thickness.
- Cut into fingers or rounds and place onto a lined baking sheet.
- You may wish to prick the biscuits with a fork, this is only for decoration.
- Place the baking sheets into the refrigerator and chill for 20 mintes
- Preheat the oven to 170c fan.
- Once chilled, sprinkle the biscuits with caster sugar and bake for 15-20 minutes.
Shortbread will stay fresh in a biscuit tin for up to 5 days.
