Gluten Free - Whipping it Up! Fluff

What is Fluff?

It is a meringue-based spread dessert, you can spread on biscuits or chocolate.

Ingredients

1. Place 125g mixture and 40ml water into a Grease free clean mixing bowl using a whisk attachment, whisk until stiff peaks are formed.
2. Add 1.5 Tablespoons of Golden Syrup, whisk for a further 2 minutes
3. Either spread on to biscuits or other treats.
4. Or if you prefer pipe into chocolate moulds and fill.

Top Tips

To make a ripple effect coat the inside of your icing bag with 6 stripes of colour, before filling.

If left in the fridge, the fluff will firm up more 🙂
