500g Red Velvet Cake Mix
170g Eggs
140g Vegetable Oil and 100g Water
DIRECTIONS
- Add Red Velvet Cake Mix to eggs in a mixer fitted with the beater.
- Mix on slow for 1 minute, followed by 3 minutes on medium speed.
- Add the oil and water and mix on slow speed for 1 minute.
- Scrape down the bowl then mix for further
3 minutes on slow. - Divide between cupcake cases, 2 sandwich tins, or a 2lb loaf tin
OVEN TEMPERATURE:
160°C / 320°F (fan assisted 140°C / 284°F / Gas mark 3)
400g loaf cake for 40-50 mins
120g muffin for 25-35 mins
