This first to market multi-mix is a complement to our range of natural flavoured icing sugars, which is perfect to make natural flavoured SMBC. But it can make so much more. The addition of pasteurised free range egg white means you no longer have to waste egg yolks or have to make something else to use them up. The product's flexibility enables you to make a variety of recipes to create shortbread biscuits, meringues, pavlovas, mousse, fluff, macarons, royal icing, and more. The product comes in 500g bag and is white in colour, enabling you to colour it yourself to match your design theme using gel and dust colours.

This product has a really dreadful artificial coffee flavour. In fact, if I didn’t know it was coffee flavour from the packaging, I would not be able to identify the flavour as coffee. Really disappointed and I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Hi thank you for your feedback, we are sorry you didn’t feel the taste was strong enough, we are surprised because this is one of the top-selling flavours if anything we have been told it’s perfect or too strong. We can’t keep it in stock long enough.

We’re just going through the reviews to analyse them, and have come to this one. You haven’t responded to our reply, but we can’t see that you have actually ordered this product from us, and we don’t sell it to any other stockist, so can’t see how you have come to this taste conclusion.

i love the product. when you open the packet you know that its coffee and when you make it up to a buttercream it taste like coffee. i hate coffee it dont matter wont form its in but the people i work with love it.

Definitely recommend this taste is amazing so easy to use I love making royal icing with it so it’s flavoured definitely a winner colour with colour pop intense gels or water activated
