S&C Easy Bake Chocolate Orange Drop Cake Mix - 1kg, is absolutely delicious, light, and fruity with lovely orange drops, easy to chew and melt in your mouth. So easy to make, cakes made and baked in a flash. 1 x 500g makes 16 Muffins or 1 traybake and 5 muffins.
This 1kg bag makes 2 batches of 500g, if you wish to use the bag as a whole, remember to double the water to 350g, 250g for the mix, 250g of vegetable oil, after 4 minutes, then add 100g, water.
Recipe:
500g – Chocolate Orange Cake Mix
175g – Water
125g – Vegetable oil
Directions:
- Place the Chocolate Orange Cake Mix, water & oil in a mixing bowl fitted with a beater.
- Mix on slow speed for 1 minute, and scrape down.
- Mix for a further 4 minutes on middle speed.
- Divide between a muffin, sandwich, or loaf tin.
Oven Temperature:
180°C / 360°F (fan assisted 160°C / 320°F)
400g loaf cake for 40-50 mins
120g muffin for 35-40 mins
