Easy Bake - Carrot Cake Mix - 1kg, is absolutely delicious, and light and makes a beautiful sponge, soft, moist cake, our flavoured cream cheese icing sugar makes buttercream a perfect accompaniment.
This 1kg bag makes 2 batches of 500g, if you wish to use the bag as a whole, remember to double the water to 572g.

Recipe:

500g – Carrot Cake

286ml – Water

Directions:

  1. Place the Cake Mix, and 286ml water in a mixing bowl fitted with a beater.
  2. Mix on slow speed for 1 minute, and scrape down.
  3. Mix for a further 3 minutes on medium speed.
  4. Divide between a muffin, sandwich, or loaf tin.

Oven Temperature: 

160°C / 320°F (fan assisted 140°C / 284°F)

400g loaf cake for 40-50 mins / 120g muffin for 25-30 mins

These instructions are purely a guide only - every baker and every oven is different.

Ingredients

Sugar, Wheat flour, non-hydrogenated vegetable shortening, whey powder (Milk), whole dried Egg, dried glucose solids, carrot strip, and cinnamon spice.  Emulsifiers: E471, E475, modified starch. Raising agents E50, E541, Salt, E415.
