Cover the entire mould to the top. Be careful not to overfill, as this will ensure a clean finish when removing your shape from the mould.
- Gently tap the mould onto a flat surface to remove any air bubbles, then place in the fridge for approximately 10 minutes, or until fully set. (If you are feeling adventurous, you can paint a mixture of different colours to the mould to add either marble or watercolour effect!)
- Once set, gently remove your shape from the mould. Your Chocolate Block bar is now ready to decorate!
Once your geo bar has set, try painting it with coloured cocoa butter or dusting with WonderDust Colours for your own customised finish.
Fridge, freezer, and oven safe. Do not expose to temperatures under -40°C or over 200°C.
To clean, wash by hand with warm soapy water.
