This high quality extra-large flower nail is a flower piping essential. It can be used as a mini turntable when decorating small details or as an aid for ease when flower piping. Simply rotate the flower nail between your forefingers and your thumb as you pipe.

These can also be used as a heating core for even cake baking. Place a flower nail or two at the bottom of the baking pan before you pour the batter. This will act as a heating core in the centre of the cake to promote even baking and result to a less domed cake. When the cake is baked and cooled, remove cake from the tin by flipping it over then pull the flower nail out.
