This modelling tools comes with 3 interchangeable wheels: 1 plain, 1 serrated and 1 fluted. Also, this tool can create ribbons and cutting simple and intricate shapes. And you can use it to make patterns and stitching effect.

In addition, it is ideal for Birthday, Wedding and Celebration cakes and for use with a range of edible and non-edible materials including: pastry, cookie dough, sugar paste (rolled fondant), petal paste (gum paste), marzipan or clay crafts. Also, it is food approved plastic.
