PME Modelling Tool Craft Knife is ideal for use with a wide range of edible and non-edible materials including sugar paste (rolled fondant), flower paste gum paste), marzipan or craft clays.

You can use the sugarcraft knife with ribbon insertion blade to cut slots in icing and then to push short sections of ribbon into the slots to simulate a continuous ribbon thread. It is ideal for cutting delicate patterns and precise lines as well,  giving your sugarcraft projects a professional finish.

In addition, PME Modelling Tool Craft Knife is made from hard-wearing plastic and stainless steel. It is so easy to clean, you only have to wash in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly. Hand washing recommended.
