Mexican Flower Foam Pad Set

PME MEXICAN and FLOWER FOAM PAD includes 1 Mexican Foam Pad and 1 Flower Foam foam pad. The Mexican foam pad is specifically designed to assist in making beautifully shaped petals and foliage with a stunning natural appearance while the Flower Foam pad is perfect to use when creating sugar flowers, petals and leaves. It also provides a firm yet flexible surface for you to mould your sugar flowers and give them a more natural look.

Moreover, these mats are suitable for use with a range of decorative mediums including florist paste. You can create wonderful sugar flowers easily using this specially designed pad. Use with either flower paste, gum paste, sugarpaste, almond paste and modelling chocolate. Use to soften and smooth, allowing you to create beautiful flowers and petals.

The foam pad is washable and non-stick. A small quantity of cornflour or icing sugar can be used for dusting. Instructions and a helpful picture guide on the basic principles are included. The blue pad is great for creating flowers using the popular 'Mexican Hat' technique.

In addition, the Mexican foam pad has five holes designed for making flowers using the Mexican Hat method and you can use the Flower foam Pad to shape the edges of gum paste petals & leaves, almond paste, marzipan and modelling chocolate.
