These colourings are suitable for all oil based ingredients.

These colours are perfect for colouring chocolate, buttercream and swiss meringue buttercream,  however, they are not suitable for meringues, macarons or pavlovas as the oil element will deflate them.

Each bottle is 20ml.

Soybean Oil, Cocoa Butter, Lecithin, Stearyl monoglyceridyl citrate E102, E110
