Claire will show you everything from scratch on a fresh cake, this will include how to stack, ganache, sugarpaste, and decorate with individual handmade decorations.  Do you fancy joining and watching?  Claire will be in the kitchen giving you lots of advice and tips throughout the day. We prefer you not to follow us on the day, just watch and learn.  The image for this class may not be exactly like the finished cake on the day, but as you know we always love to show more!
This cake is a two in one, it will help you create a mad hatters cake, and a steampunk cake, your just going to love all the techniques used in the class.
