Product Details

S&C Easy Bake Lemon Drop Cake Mix - 1kg, is absolutely delicious, is light, and fruity with lovely lemon drops, easy to chew and melt in your mouth. So easy to make, cakes made and baked in a flash.

The recipe is for 500g, please measure out, and double up on additional ingredients accordingly.

 

1 x 500g makes 16 Muffins or 1 traybake and 5 muffins.

Recipe:

500g – Lemon Drop Cake Mix

175g – Water

125g – Vegetable oil

Directions:

  1. Place the Lemon Drop Cake Mix, water & oil in a mixing bowl fitted with a beater.
  2. Mix on slow speed for 1 minute, and scrape down.
  3. Mix for a further 4 minutes on middle speed.
  4. Divide between a muffin, sandwich or loaf tin.

Oven Temperature: 

180°C / 360°F (fan assisted 160°C / 320°F)

400g loaf cake for 40-50 mins

120g muffin for 35-40 mins

Ingredients

Sugar, WHEAT flour (with calcium, iron, niacin, thiamin), lemon fruit chips (8%) (fruit juices from concentrates (lemon, apple), sucrose, glucose syrup, dried apple, gelling agent (E440), antioxidant (E300), flavouring, vegetable oil, dried EGG, modified starch, whey powder (MILK).  Emulsifiers: E1520, E471, E481.  Raising agents: (E450, E50, E501), flavouring, stabilisers (E464, E415), WHEAT gluten. Colours: (E161b, (E160a(iii).
