So, one side - 3A - is perfect for smoothing sugar petals while the other side - 3B - is the same as 3A but with smaller head.

You can use this double-ended bone tool to soften and cup petals and add detail to sugar models as well. You have to place the shape onto a foam pad before pressing the tool onto the paste. You can also use it to define features on sugar animals and figure models.

this tool has double-ended with two different sized heads, which allows you work and shape sugarpaste icing, flower and modelling paste, gum paste, moulding chocolate, marzipan, FIMO and other edible/non-edible modelling materials, etc.

In addition, it is food approved plastic - Jem tools are normally black. For best results use with a foam petal pad.
