    I have done all of Oli’s classes. I would recommend that you do this one first because he goes into tempering in depth.

    The other classes are good stand alone classes but with this one the penny dropped and I understood a bit of the science and enough to make it fun. My chocolates literally fell out of their moulds ( go me !! and go Oli
