Product Details

Fudgy Brownie Mix is a convenient mix, all you need to do is add water and oil (also melted chocolate for extra indulgence!), for mouth-watering American-style fudgy brownies.

  • Rich and moist centre, with a delicious chewiness, just how brownies should be!
  • Produces brownies with an irresistible cracked top, all you need to do is add toppings or nuts, chocolate or caramel chunks for extra deliciousness.

INGREDIENTS

1kg Fudgy Brownie Mix
200ml Water
200ml Oil
METHOD

1. Add all ingredients into a bowl fitted with a beater.
2. Mix for 3 minutes on low speed.
3. Scrape down.
4. Mix for 1 minutes on low speed.
5. Pour into Brownie tin, foil tins or cupcake tins
6. Bake at 165℃ for 50-55 minutes.
