Colour Pop - Easy Drip - Orange 250g this fantastic new cake drip made for Sugar and Crumbs is perfect for creating beautiful cake drips.
Simply heat, shake and decorate for the perfect drip cake. Consistent chocolate drips are now even easier!
Condensed Method:
1. Microwave for 30 seconds without lid.
2. Shake thoroughly with the lid on.
3. Continue the process with 10 second blasts until melted.
4. Do Not overheat or heat in one go.
5. Cut the tip, and proceed to use it once ready.
6. Can be reheated many times.
7. Store in a cool dry place, away from sunlight.
The microwave is safe and the squeeze top is perfect for creating accurate drip effects.
Method:
Microwave for 30 seconds without lid. After heating, secure the lid and shake thoroughly for 1 minute to ensure the chocolate has melted thoroughly. If chocolate hasn't completely melted through, heat in 10-second intervals until desired consistency is achieved. Always shake with the lid screwed on. Cut the tip and proceed to use.
You must be able to hear the liquid shake, once this is done, test on a cake drum or cake for consistency, sometimes you may need to give it a minute or two, to cool down. Also for best results, a buttercream cake is best chilled.
Please note – seals are supplied by the manufacturer and are applied at source, although they are not compulsory. You may find that when you take the lid off, the seal breaks off and stays in the lid.
