Colour Pop from Sugar and Crumbs is brand new edible colour dust. This dust can only be used when activated by water. It has a high pigment. Do not use it for dusting or cocoa butter painting.
Colour Pop is a deep rich edible powder food colouring from Sugar and Crumbs. This colouring can only be used when activated by water, cream, or egg white. It has a high pigment, therefore you only need to use a tiny amount. These food colours are NOT fat soluble will Not colour Chocolate or Butter Ganache, nor are they to be used for dusting.
1. Please Note the colour in the container is not the colour you will achieve. Once activated the colour will change completely to the one as described.
2. Use the tiniest of amounts to a teaspoon of water, then add to your mix. Add more if you want a much deeper richer colour. However, when we say more we mean a tiny amount at a time, never ever use too much a small pot will go a long way.
Please note – seals are supplied by the manufacturer and are applied at source, although they are not compulsory. You may find that when you take the lid off, the seal breaks off and stays in the lid.
