Oli the Choc

Hi everyone I’m Oli The Choc, I’m a virtual Chocolatier and I’m thrilled to be able to share my passion for chocolate with you all!

I love sharing ideas, techniques and skills such as tempering which is a big one as once this is unlocked you are opening the door to a new world where you can create whatever you want with chocolate. I love my classes with sugar and crumbs as it allows me to share my passion and kickstart one for you too, it’s a community of likeminded people which allows me to expand my creativity and have fun with you all as we learn.

Some of my most memorable times working with chocolate include creating a life size sculpture of David Beckham with my Dad, Simon Dunn Chocolatier. Also setting a new Guinness World Record in 2020 for the largest number of people making chocolate together in an online space.

I have recently picked up 2 Blue Peter badges appearing on the show making chocolate with presenters and I’ve been appearing regularly on Steph’s Packed Lunch too which has been awesome.
