Microwave Sponge Pudding

Microwave Sponge Pudding can be made in minutes for a quick easy delicious desert! Use treacle, jam, or golden syrup for deliciously sticky dessert!

Ingredients
- 6oz Self raising flour
- 6oz butter or margarine
- 6oz caster sugar
- 1 heaped tsp Flavour Shot!
- 3 eggs
- Treacle, golden syrup, or jam
Method
- Mix all of the dry ingredients together with the eggs and butter.
- In a microwave bowl put in as much treacle/syrup/jam as you would like. I like lots!
- Pour the beaten cake mix over the treacle/syrup/jam, it must be completely covered over.
- Pop in the microwave for 9 minutes, then check. If tacky in the middle, pop in the microwave for another minute.
- When cooked take out, place a serving plate over the bowl, hold the bowl and the plate tightly together and turn upside down so the plate is on the bottom and the bowl is on top.
- Tap the top of the bowl to release the pudding and remove the bowl asap, so the treacle/syrup/jam pours down the cake.
- Serve hot with custard or fresh cream, and enjoy your Microwave Sponge Pudding!
