Fruit Pizza is a soft chewy cookie base topped with cream cheese frosting and then covered with an array of fruit to finish. It is called a Fruit Pizza due to the shape, and that it’s topped with a ‘sauce’ (frosting) and ‘toppings’ (Fruit).
I have used our delicious Natural Flavoured Icing Sugar in the ‘pizza’ base and sauce. Take a look at our full range of Natural Flavoured Icing Sugars here.
The Fruit Pizza needs to be kept in the fridge and eat within 1-2 days for freshness.
