Flavoured Truffles are so easy to make, are absolutely delicious, and make lovely gifts for the birthdays or the festive season!
We use S&C Melt and Pour choccy paired with Flavour shots for this super simple no bake recipe. For the truffles pictured, I have paired white chocolate with Pistachio Flavour shot, then enrobed with dark chocolate and sprinkled with chopped pistachios. Gingerbread Flavour shot paired with Milk chocolate and Drizzled with white chocolate. Christmas Punch Flavour Shot paired with dark chocolate and rolled in cocoa powder with Christmas punch flavour shot added.
Take a look at our full range of Flavour Shots and Melt & Pour!
You will need to make your fillings using our Ganache for fillings recipe from this chart…
Plus extra chocolate/ cocoa powder for covering your flavoured truffles.
If you are coating your truffles in chocolate, you will want your ganache balls to be room temperature so that the chocolate coating doesn’t crack.
Melt enough chocolate to dip your truffles and drop the ganache balls in one at a time. Make sure the balls are well coated, then use a fork to remove to balls and tap off excess chocolate. Allow to set on a lined baking sheet. If you plan to decorate with nuts/ sprinkles, do this before the chocolate coating has set.
Enjoy your Flavoured truffles!
