500g – Chocolate Genoese
310ml – Water (must be split into 210ml & 100ml)
55ml – Vegetable oil
DIRECTIONS:
OVEN TEMPERATURE:
160°C / 320°F (fan assisted 140°C / 284°F / Gas mark 3)
400g loaf cake for 40-50 mins
120g muffin for 25-30 mins

Sugar, WHEAT flour (with calcium, iron, niacin & thiamin), fat-reduced cocoa powder (8%). Emulsifiers: E477, E435, E471* & E475, dried EGG, whey solids (from MILK). Raising agents: E450 & E500, modified starch (WHEAT), dextrose,salt, vegetable oil (rape seed). Stabilisers: E466, E415, E412.Natural flavouring.
