Ingredients
- 250ml Double Cream
- 1 Tbsp (28g) Sugar and Crumbs Natural Flavoured Cocoa Powder ( Flavour of your choice )
- 150g Chocolate Chips ( Dark, Milk or White )
- 80g Maltesers/M&Ms or your choice + 20g for topping
Method
- To make the Chocolate Cups add the Double Cream to a heavy base pan and warm gently over a medium heat, once warm add in the chocolate chips and cocoa powder and whisk in until incorporated and smooth.
- Take off the heat and add in the 80g chocolate of your choice, if using Maltesers crush a little first. Fold in then pour into two ramekins, add extra chocolate to the top.
- Set in the fridge and then eat within 4 days.
