Air Fryer Brownies

Air Fryer Brownies are a lovely chocolatey afternoon treat or dessert. I’ve flavoured mine with our Natural Flavoured cocoa Powder, you could try our Orange, Cherry, Chilli or Plain Cocoa Powders for different combinations. Cooked in the air fryer for a crispy top and moist fudgey texture.

We are using our delicious Natural Flavoured Cocoa Powder in the brownies for a lovely chocolatey taste.

Ingredients

• 230g Unsalted Butter ( Softened )
• 300g Granulated Sugar
• 4 Large Eggs
• 130g Plain Flour
• 100g Sugar and Crumbs Natural Flavoured Cocoa Powder
• 1 Tsp Baking Powder
• 1/2 Tsp Salt
• 180g Chocolate Chips

Method

1. Add the butter and sugar to a clean mixing bowl and beat until creamy. Next add the eggs and beat in until all combined.
2. In a separate bowl add the flour, cocoa powder, salt and baking powder. Stir together and then add this into the mixing bowl with the butter mix, fold it in and then beat for two minutes until smooth and creamy. Fold in the chocolate.
3. Line or grease a tin that will fit in your air fryer and then preheat the air fryer to 180c. Fill the tin with the mixture and place in the air fryer and bake for 25 minutes.
4. Leave to cool completely and then slice into desired pieces.

Eat within 1 week for freshness, keep your Air Fryer Brownies in an airtight container.
